Circuitseal
CircuitSeal is a Douglas Electrical Company-pioneered circuit board solution ideal for high-volume applications with certain space constraints or weight requirements. We are the only company to offer hermetically sealed circuit boards.
- Directly sealing the circuit board eliminates potential failure points at the electrical connection and allows for increased conductor density, while providing a smaller, lighter and less expensive solution.
- Seal a variety of circuit board styles - including flex, rigid, hybrid and flat flex cable (FFC) circuits.
Hermetically sealed circuit boards are extremely useful for projects that call for complex computations and these solutions are particularly significant in applications that require incredibly compact and low-weight sealing methods, such as in missiles or bomb fuses.
