Douglas Electrical presently supplies several OEM’s with thousands of components annually used for high pressure environments in automotive applications. Uses include electrical and fiber optic penetration of fuel tanks, automotive ride height control systems and fuel pump systems. Mountings include radial o-ring housings, low cost aluminum die cast housings and simple NPT fittings. Douglas Electrical complies with all QS-9000 submission requirements, including PPAP, APQP and FMEA. Applications range from 10 pcs. to 100,000 pieces annually. Fully connectorized.
