Douglas Electrical Components utilizes its diverse engineering skills and creative problem solving to provide custom solutions to vacuum system manufacturers and users throughout the world. Research facilities and industrial applications that require high vacuum sealed conductors using low outgassing materials have selected Douglas Electrical Components' flange feedthroughs for over 20 years as their only solution. Standard vacuum flange feedthroughs seal up to 128 conductors, with several hundred foot lengths possible for custom designs. All types of shield conductors can be sealed directly, with multiple cables, studs, high voltage (up to 25KV) and fiber optics also available. Several customers have applied these seals in vacuum applications in to the 10-10 torr range and beyond.
