Our Line of Studseal ™ Sealed Studs / Motor Terminals have been designed to offer a selection of solid copper, heavy current conductors sealed in a wide variety of standard housings....easy to specify and mount.

The environment to be sealed can range from high pressure to high vacuum, liquids or gases and with a maximum current loading to 750 amps at 5kv.

The pressure environment seals on the Sealed Studs for Pressure Applications page have been accepted for use in power transformers, semiconductor processing equipment, vacuum based magnetic bearing systems, and air conditioning & refrigeration hermetically sealed compressors. Our materials have been subjected to rigorous testing in oils, R12, R22, R134a, and R123 with no effect noted neither during elevated temperature exposure nor during numerous pressure cycles.

In vacuum systems ranging from "Industrial" vacuums to high high vacuums operating at 10e-9 Torr our studs have been successfully specified at significant cost savings.

In addition to the standard models listed in the following pages, we can seal virtually any size or style stud in a housing of your choice, inexpensively priced, in quantities from singles pieces to hundreds of thousands per year.
