Douglas Electrical Components annually provides hundreds of thousands of custom components to major sensor and control system manufacturers that require sealed electronics cavities for power or signal lead penetration. These applications typically range from 5 to 15,000 psi, with voltages running up to 35kV. Custom mounting schemes are typical, with application specific housings custom designed to provide our customers with easy mounting and low cost assembly for their manufacturing operations. Customers often require sealed connectors of various sizes and shapes, both with and without wire harnesses.
