Vacuum Systems
Douglas Electrical Components utilizes our diverse engineering skills and creative problem solving to provide custom solutions to vacuum system manufacturers and users throughout the world. Research facilities and industrial applications that require high vacuum sealed conductors using low outgassing materials have selected Douglas flange feedthroughs for over 20 years as their only solution. Standard vacuum flange feedthroughs seal up to 500 conductors, with several hundred foot lengths possible for custom designs. All types of shield conductors can be sealed directly, with multiple cables, studs, high voltage (up to 25kV) and fiber optics also available. Several customers have applied these seals in vacuum applications in to the 10-10 Torr range and beyond.

- High-current feedthrus designed up to 30kVDC.
- High-temperature thermocouple potcon feedthru allowing precise temperature measurement coupled with quick connect/unconnect access.
- Multi-conductor harnesses for power and signal transmission, with lead lengths up to 150 feet or more and over 8,000 wires through a single flange.
- Standard vacuum flange harness multi-circuit feedthrus sealing up to 128 wires, 10ft. long.
- Terminal header feedthru for quick mate to PCB.
- UHV (ultra high vacuum feedthrus) with leakage rates <1x10^-10 cc-He/sec. Available in stud, wire f-t and potcon configurations.
- Unlimited thermocouple pairs, E, J and K in flanges, lead lengths to 10 ft. are standard, with custom lengths readily available.
